Parchwork wall hangings or table runners

• How to fix a patchwork wall hanging ? It exits few solutions, every thing depends on the nature of your wall (plaster, concrete, wood...) and on the final appearance you want to get.
  
  You can make a wooden frame and turn your wall hanging into a real picture.
  
  An other more simple solution : you nail down your patchwork on two pieces of wood (one up and one down), you tie up a nice rope on the two ends of the upside piece of wood and you hang it up to a hook.
  
  You can also nail down your patchwork directly on the wall with nails or drawing pins.

• How to proceed to maintain a patchwork ?
  
  Those patchwork have been made up with a large range of different materials (silk, embroidered coton, velvet...) as well as beats, mirors, sequins... So it is quite very delicate to wash them. The best way to refresh them is to shake them or to dust them from time to time.
